Mordicus (Oscar the Grouch in the English version) is a famous character from the television series Sesame Street. He lives in a trash can near Toccata's Nest. This little monster watches the residents' every move and eavesdrops on all their conversations. He loves to regularly hatch all sorts of schemes.
